As far as i know CDKEYS, provides the ability to get a refund on a key upto 15 mins before a games release, they will refund any difference if a discount has been put in place, they will respond to any ticket in 15 mins or less, they will replace defective keys without question, They dont not require you to own an account. Also, if you ever recieved a non working kjey which i highly doubt you did they will replace it if you email them within 24 hours of recieivng the defective key, also a good idea to provide a simple screenshot showing the key failed to activate.
